Welcome! I am Celine and I am Mrs Minty Cream, the lady behind this blog. 

When I first started this blog, it was with the intention to document the daily happenings in my life. Now, Mrs Minty Cream has also become a place where I record my cooking/baking journey instead. I am basically a self-taught home cook with a passion in creating wonders in the kitchen. At this site,  I will be sharing with you on my tested recipes with hopes that we can learn and enjoy the joy of cooking & baking together.

Growing up, I did not have much opportunities to explore baking/cooking as kitchen was often out-of-bound. It was only until I got my own home-sweet-home that I finally explore this world of wonders in cooking/baking. So far, I am loving every minute of it! 

In my comfort zone, the kitchen, I learn to bake & cook, try out new recipes, learn from my mistakes, be fearless and most importantly, have fun! Personally, I believe in living in the moment and happiness is priceless.
